A 20-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber. She is claiming that he is the father of her 3-month-old baby.

The woman who is from California claims that she and Bieber were together on October 25 2010, after his performance at the Los Angeles Staples Centre.

According to a signed affidavit, the woman states that one of Bieber’s bodyguards invited her to meet the star backstage.

According to RadarOnline, the lawsuit which was filed on October 31 and reads as follows:

“After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation.”

“Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.

“I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.

“We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to (insert swearword here) out of me.”

Paternity test

Apparently the woman (Mariah Yeater) reportedly wants Bieber to take a paternity test.

Bieber’s representative has denied the allegations and said that they would make use of all legal remedies to defend and protect Justin.
